Time-sensitive matters, such as emergency contraception or treatment for Covid or Flu, will be given priority access the same day during normal operating hours.

After hour visits may be available upon request.

If in a rare situation that your appointment cannot be accommodated, your visit will be refunded.

The practice does not accept insurance as a form of payment, however you may use your HSA or FSA card for payment of services.

You may use your PPO insurance as usual to pay for your prescriptions and/or labs through Quest Diagnostics.

If you have HMO or EPO insurance, you will need to pay cash pricing for prescriptions and labs.

The nature of virtual visits limits the number and type of problems that can be safely addressed online. In short, if something requires a hands-on examination, it should not be managed online. We prioritize safety and practicing conscientious medicine.

If the doctor determines that your specific condition requires an in-person evaluation, your visit fee will be refunded.

If you have a lot going on, sign up with one of our Health Edits instead.

The Quick Care clinic is meant to address a simple and uncomplicated acute issue, like when you get sick. Think of it as a “one and done” appointment. They are short 20 minute appointments, but long enough to go into depth about your acute issue. Most retail clinics will give you 10 or 15 minutes max.

“Acute” means the condition is expected to be temporary or self-limited with treatment and/or support, like the flu or a migraine.

The Health Edits are for addressing all of your ongoing, chronic health issues using the Precision Health approach. They are longer appointments (90 or 60 minutes) to give you and the doctor time to explore and connect the dots. The Foundations Edit comes with 3 appointments to start with. The Advanced Edits come with 4 appointments to start. Thereafter, you can purchase follow-ups anytime you need.

Because you won’t see a real doctor for $29. Ever. Like with most big box and online retail clinics, you get what you pay for.

With corporatized healthcare, like Amazon, Costco, Teladoc, and such, you’ll get a random “provider” rushing through as many patients as possible. Here, we don’t have “providers,” only one board-certified doctor who will get to know you over time.
