Traveler's Diarrhea

You started to get moderate watery diarrhea during travel or within 1-2 weeks of returning from your trip.
There is NO blood in the stool.
You don’t have a fever (100.4F or higher) or chills.
You don’t feel severely weak or dehydrated.
You’re not in severe abdominal pain.
You don’t have ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.
In addition to antibiotic treatment, you’re interested in incorporating an integrative approach to treating and rebalancing the gut.
