Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)

This is for you if:

• You’d like to test for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) with either a full panel or a customized panel for your specific concerns with a follow-up treatment plan or referral to a specialist if certain results require so.

• Or if you have a positive STI test result from a direct-to-consumer lab and require treatment or a referral to a specialist.

• You’re not currently pregnant.

Testing & Screening Available:

• Gonorrhea (urine test)

• Chlamydia (urine test)

• Syphilis (blood test)

• Hepatitis B (blood test)

• Hepatitis C (blood test)

• Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV 1 & 2) (blood test)

• Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV 1 & 2) (blood test)

Treatment available for:

• Gonorrhea

• Chlamydia

• Herpes

• Syphilis without neurological involvement

Referrals to a specialist available for:

• Hepatitis B or C

• HIV

Please have ready:

• Photo of your driver’s license/ID card - front only.

• Photos of your health insurance card - front and back.

• Your pharmacy information.

• Your list of meds and supplements.

• For treatment or referrals - a digital copy of your positive test result.
