Fungal Nail Infection
This is for you if:
You suspect a fungal nail infection.
Your nail changes are not from trauma.
You are looking for an oral medication (terbinafine) to treat the nail fungus. Treatment can take a minimum of 3 months, up to 1 year in severe cases.
You don’t have liver disease or liver impairment. Oral terbinafine cannot be used with liver problems.
Your kidney function (eGFR) is greater than 50mL/min.
You’d like to incorporate integrative methods to help the get rid of the nail fungus.
You will need:
A clear, close-up photo of your nail(s) that are affected. These can be uploaded to your HIPAA-secure portal.
Please have ready:
Photo of your driver’s license/ID card - front only.
Photos of your health insurance card - front and back.
Your pharmacy information.
Your list of meds and supplements.
