Herpes (Cold Sores or Genital)
This is for you if:
You’ve already been diagnosed with cold sores/fever blisters or genital sores due to herpes simplex virus (HSV) 1 or 2.
You need a new prescription or renewal for acyclovir (Zorivax), Valacyclovir (Valtrex), or famciclovir (Famvir).
You need treatment for an outbreak that started less than 3 days ago and/or suppressive therapy.
Additionally, you’d like to incorporate integrative support to help keep the virus suppressed.
If you have kidney disease, you will need:
Recent kidney labs including GFR (within the last 6 months) only if you have a history of kidney impairment, to have your anti-viral dose properly adjusted. Please upload a copy into your portal.

Kidney labs include eGFR or GFR, BUN, Cr, usually found in a basic metabolic panel (BMP) .
Please note that Quick Care services are for uncomplicated, simple, acute conditions and mild to moderate flare-ups of chronic conditions. “Acute” means the illness or condition is expected to be temporary or self-limited with treatment and/or supportive measures.
