Medication Refill
This is for you if:
Your medication refill request falls into a refillable category below AND your symptoms or condition has remained stable on your medication for the last 3 or more months.
You will continue medical management as usual with your primary care doctor or specialist.
For cholesterol, hypothyroid, or diabetes meds - you’ve had labwork done within the last 12 months and the results are stable.
For blood pressure meds - your most recent home blood pressure reading is not higher than 160/90 on both the upper and lower number.

You will need:
A photo of your current medication bottle label(s) clearly showing the dose and instructions of the prescription(s) you wish to have refilled.
Your latest cholesterol, hypothyroid, or diabetes lab result, corresponding to your specific medication refill request, not more than 12 months old.
Please have ready:
Photo of your driver’s license/ID card - front only.
Photos of your health insurance card - front and back.
Your pharmacy information.
Your list of meds and supplements.

Important: The Doctor’s Edit can only refill non-controlled medications within the scope of general practice for a maximum of 3 months as a service of convenience to help you stay consistent with your regimen. You are expected to continue management of your chronic condition with your primary care doctor or specialist as usual. ✅ Examples of medication categories that can be refilled: high blood pressure, cholesterol & heart disease, hypothyroid, asthma & allergy, COPD, Epipen, pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes, most dermatological medications, oral migraine medications, erectile dysfunction, general anxiety/depression medications.
❌ Not refillable: Rheumatological or immunosuppressive medications, Accutane, GLP-1 receptor antagonists for weight loss due to shortages, anti-psychotic meds, or any controlled substances, such as testosterone, opioids (ex: Percocet, Codeine), ADHD meds (ex: Adderall, Ritalin), benzodiazepines (ex: Xanax, Valium), sleep meds (ex: Ambien, Lunesta), or phentermine.
Please note that Quick Care services are for uncomplicated, simple, acute conditions and mild to moderate flare-ups of chronic conditions. “Acute” means the illness or condition is expected to be temporary or self-limited with treatment and/or supportive measures, which you’ll be guided on.
The cost of medications is determined by your pharmacy.
Quick care does not include the advanced testing and Precision Health services rendered through the Health Edits. Please schedule a separate Health Edit if you would like a comprehensive health evaluation and management of chronic medical conditions and proactive care management.
